Very heavy, poor cable holder and the tools are to small. Poor, to the edge cleaning. Guarantee is not worth much, you have to wait in for a box to be posted then wait another day to have your cleaner picked up. Miele have your cleaner for up to 10...

Main brushhead very effective at sweeping and picking up. Hose really does extend to top of stairs with vacuum cleaner at bottom and easily goes back into housing. Swivel body very effective. Good youtube videos of cleaner in action.

Heavy to push along carpet, not suitable for elderly or weak person. Annoying to have to wind up the mains lead by hand. Wide range of prices out there for this model. Be careful to chose cheapest.

Great swivel and gets right into corners
