Touch sensitive switches on front panel are just too easy to catch accidentally. Lean over the front of the machine (ours is in front of a window which we open regularly) and you'll touch the switches which can cause havoc with the cyclem changing spin...

First time I've paid up to buy a more expensive machine - and no complaints so far. Significantly better than the previous model i owned (300 quid approx) and can recommend to any one reading this.
