Hisense WDBL1014V

Very quiet machine. Good settings washes great. First time I have bought washer dryer

9 kg wash only available on one program , which last 3 hours. Rest of the programs only 4kg. Who has the time to wait for 3 hour wash to finish? My previous machine of a different make offered more choice for 9 kg wash.
