I like that I don't have to close door with any effort, I had previously read that reviewers thought door was flimsy but I like it's light weight. Controls are pretty self explanatory and I did a lot of research. They ALL have drawbacks.

Not so far

So easy to use that I don't need to keep checking the instructions. The reduced ironing setting and the quick wash for 15 minutes are particularly helpful.

Have only been using the machine for a few weeks so haven't really put it to the test.

The instruction book could be more helpful - it is too simplified. Other than that, I can find no faults at all.
