A quiet machine, even at high spin. Does a good job even on the very short 15 mins cycle.

Door is a bit difficult to close successfully: you only realise it's not tight when the machine fails to start.

No real bad points as such, it is quiet but not as quiet as I expected. The length of the standard washes can be long, but maybe this is necessary. Have only had it a few months - I am most interested in reliability. If it lasts 10 years I'll be happy.

Nice size opening door that opens right back for easy loading

The touch buttons are very easy to catch on the front of the washer, and change the settings by mistake.

I like the multiplicity of programmes. There is always something to suit what I need to wash. The user interface is easy to undestand.

Very easy to use, quiet and user freindly. Large drum. Very easy to select programs and change settings, such as spin speed and temperature once you have selected a program. The timer is excellent and the display is very clear and easy to understand.

Everything - it's fantastic. Easy to use. Door opens fully. Large drum for family wash. Digital read out. Has 'Bosch' on the front to prove that my washer is great!

The beeping alarm is annoying every time the wash cycle is finished.
