It's a good machine and works fine.

I had a fault and the beko team were not good at honouring the manufacturers guarantee and didn't give me all the information until I squeezed it out of them. I had an engineer round who seemed to say he just needed to order a part and then 2 weeks...

The item didn't work so we bought a Bosch instead

A good machine, a little on the noisy side but I guess you have to pay a lot more for the quiet versions. Not such a problem when the door is fitted anyway. Washes beautifully and better than my more expensive brand previous washer.

Watch out with the door when having this fitted - B&Q supplied a door that didn't fit with the fittings - I notice with B&Q they always blame the quality of your fitter if anything isn't quite right but on this one my brilliant fitter demonstrated that...

The wash is clean in a sensible time

Hose came off at rear after short use. Very noisy start up with lots of clonks.

The temperature gauge has broken and the size is very tight and doesn’t fit in the space.
