I like the styling and the build quality appears good. Our score is based on only 2 weeks of use.

The quality of the paper used on the manual is very poor and not durable for an item that we hope will be in long term use. For non standard programs we have yet to be able to fully understand the instructions in the manual.

Countdown to when it finishes. Alarm when finished. Large opening. Very quite on spinning.

Waste water pipe was too short. Inlet water pipe was too short.

QUIETEST WASHER WE'VE HAD

Long cycle times but that's common to all new washers But using the delay start gets one wash ready to dry first thing in morning

Cloths are washed very well Low noise level

It takes double the time to wash a regular cycle (compare with our 10 years old hot point) i.e. 3 hours now! Not lot of display functions

Far less creasing in washed clothes making ironing easier. Slick design. Easy to install for the skilled DIYer.

The 9kg setting is only on cotton cycle, not all cycles. No hot water supply inlet (not very eco) It can't be installed on heat sensitive material. I had to remove lino and lay floor tiles instead.

love the softer fresher clothes, easy to use and clean plus low noise level, would recommend to others
