Leaks water even thought I have the plug on!! Started leaking after 30 minutes of turning unit on. After draining the pan2 times still could not cool a room of 200 sq ft

Doesn't cool my 200 sq ft office or my bedroom one bit. The air from the air conditioning part is not cold, rather cool and therefore is ineffective and cooling

This thing leaks like crazy out of every possible place. The manual says to make sure that it's level and that all the plugs are securely installed to stop the problem. Well, it's as level as anything could be and the plugs don't leak--it's all coming...
