This unit was easy to assemble, and does cool my room, which is why I bought it. However, I'm returning it as soon as I can to my local store. It puts out so much water through the clear plastic hose that I would need to buy a giant bucket to catch it....

Hose was difficult to install without duct tape. Perhaps we just received a quirky set. Otherwise awesome for our one-room rec room.

We use four of these for the offices and 2 for the conference room. We are in a very old and protected structure so we can't install central or window air. All six have been working as hoped. More than enough to handle the space they are being used in....

Its not that this didn't work very well, it didn't work at all. Followed all directions, guidelines and troubleshooting and it would cycle occasionally (very loudly) but not once did any remotely cool air come out. Gave it a week to kick in....

It cost a little more than others but the product was well made.
