good unit, service department was very helpful with questions i asked. Will wait untill winter to see what it is like on heating

It's been really great It keeps the family warm in Winter and cool in Summer I haven't experienced any problems with it

Worked for 20months then died, service guy came out and took a long time to fix - never seen this problem before etc, problem re-occurred just out of warranty and now not worth fixing. Bottom line, Don't buy Teco.
