This Soleus unit was installed three years ago in my garage window and gets used quite frequently throughout the summer months and has worked well with no complaints. I purchased this because I needed a unit under 15 inches in height to fit the garage...

nice a/c bad timer

 

cools the room

24 hour timer is deceptive description. Once set the unit will turn on 1 time and once set the unit will turn off 1 time, if you want it to turn on and off every day, you have to set the timer every day, over and over and over again.

Nice and Cool!

 

This unit has an "I Feel" feature on the remote and you can set it to sense the temperature at the location of the remote rather than the temperature at the unit itself. I don't know how many people would use this feature but it is available if so...
