Terrible

bloody awefull do not buy NEC you end up in tears with hot summer days and cold winter nights this company should not be selling these units without proper service capability

the unit had to be replaced within a couple of months because the main control card failed and no part was available then the NEW unit failed sone 7 months later in september 09 and is still not fixed to this day 23/6/2010 during this time parts have...

Terrible

the service and back up is not very good at all to say the least as the service center is run from sydeny and the unit was perchased in west australia

name and address given if required

this unit has given nothing but trouble from day perchased in 2006 where as at the same time a fujitu unit is quite and has given no problems at all
