We had the indoor and outdoor unit put installed. It worked perfectly from for 5 days. We went away for five days and now it doesn't work. Only the fan works, it doesn't cool, it doesn't de-humidify and the owners manual does not help as bnot all of...

It was the price and the fact that we have other LG oproducts that have worked well in the past.

It doesn't work.
