Order received in 3 days! Unit cools my 20 x 20 foot garage/workshop down to 78 degrees from 89 degrees. Air temperature coming out of the deflector was 48 degrees.

This unit does cool but it causes extreme humidity to the room; we put the dehumidifier on but it was still damp. All you can hear is it dripping water al night long and it makes you think that it is leaking on the floor. It is a really big and loud unit.

I can see why folks like this unit- It does what its supposed to although with the size of the unit and our situation we ended up returning it. The window/tube/vent connection is about as rinky-dink as you could imagine. Flimsy, connection just fails....

This portable AC is a really good AC. Runs cold and was effective at keeping the room even sub-70...and some units I've used in the past seem to ice up when set to really low temps. But we had to return this one because what we really needed was...

Love it! Cools lower two levels quite well and not too noisy. Had to get help (my father) to install window exhaust because I couldn't figure it out with the manual and we had to cut an extender to fit the window. It is definitely worth the money to me...

I'VE HAD THIS UNIT FOR YRS. IT STILL IS THE SAME. I THINK THE PROBLEMS PEOPLE ARE HAVING ARE NOT REALLY DUE TO THE UNIT.
