Stopped working after 18 months and one extended repair

 

Cooled well for one summer. Nice looking unit.

Broke down after a year, repairing it was difficult and it broke again.

A disappointment

 

The Delonghi website and literature describing the PAC 290 is all very pretty Euro-looking stuff, promising quiet and efficient operation.

Portable, does not require condensate drain

Don't buy it

 

The idea behind this product is that you can move it anywhere without having it fixed to a window, there is a plastic feeder from the AC that will change to fit any size which blows the fumes out the window and discharges the excess moisture in the air...
