Very dissapointed
and returned with a huge dent in the front and marked on the side in black which we couldn't get off. We gave up and stuck it in the shed where it still sits today $999 collecting dust :(

The only 'con' I can see with this unit, is the window/exhaust hose - it sometimes detaches from the brackets at either end (either the back of the unit or the extra adjustable window plate) when it gets hot - this in turn buckles and warps the window...

This product doesn't work quite well in auto mode so need to select low temperature and cooling mode to get it work. The noise of fan is very high as soon as compressor automatic turns off. The service quality is very poor as no response even complain...

OK
and cooler with out any problems. Overall would recommend this unit for a substitute to a split system especially for rental properties but at the end of the day you can not beat a good quality installed split system air conditioner.
Portable reverse cycle airconditioning (TRC Model only)without the cost of installation that can be easily installed yourself. Excellent dehumidifier.
Noisy when operating even with fan on low. Only will cool or heat room approximately 20 m square. Inefficient heating ability under zero degrees and inefficent cooling ability above 35 degrees.
