Rubbish wish I didn't bother wasting time and money..

I want to know what exactly is this product there for? Complete waste of money and time. Followed all the instructions and still can't seem to work it. I should have trusted all the bad reviews about this useless product. Horrible!

I bought this to replace an older worn out steam generator. This is good quality. The steam is really powerful so it irons quicker. Great for steaming clothes vertically using a boost button.
