Jammed in box -had to cut open ; Assembly instructions terrible ; Worst aspect is use of the nozzle -have to disconnect nozzle pipe from one section then connect it to the nozzle pipe before use and then to return to vacuuming reverse the whole process...

The hoover picks up very well and has good suction ; It is excellent value for money

I had a Dyson before this, so I find changing the tools and emptyiny the dust a bit cumbersome
