Very easy to use and set up out of the box, excellent suction, realy picks up hairs very well.

Waste cylinder could be bigger (perhaps 3 chambers, although that would make it bigger). Tools on handle keep falling out. Would prefer location on cylinder for additional tools. Turbo tool is very temperemental.
