Easy to use steams up lovely,not as heavy as my last steam mop

Would be better with a bigger tank

I can right into corners

Not a long enough cord

Lightweight and easily manouvreable.

Lead not very long.

Fast and easy to use. Lifts off dirt without chemicals

Cable is really long so you can do bigger areas without having to change sockets. It gets right under furniture without having to move things. Gets right into the corners.

Hard to undo the lid of the water bottle and cannot get the supposedly hand held bit of the main cleaner off

Detachable tank for smaller jobs

Not so easy to stand up/store

Easy to put together/dismantle. Very good steam output. Heats up very quickly.

Electric lead a little short could do with being 1 meter longer

Unfortunately due to personal circumstances I have only used the steamer once since I bought it. However, I was happy with the outcome of my first try on the floors. I have yet to experiment with the additional tools.
