Suction is so good nearly takes the pattern off the carpet.

Had abit of a problem getting the filter on but suspect that's because it's new.Done it now!

Purchased it as a carpet cleaner. Easy to use and does a good job as a vacuum and as a carpet cleaner. The attachments enable you to reach all the trouble spots with ease.

Having previously owned one of these it is still not the best looking in the world but highly practical.

water hose can become detached clips holding close to hose so can be frustrating

It just works. As a vacuum cleaner it's got some serious power and a huge bag. As a carpet cleaner the same is true. (without the bag of course)

Water container is a little small. Had to refill 3 times for a 3 bedroom house. But we have carpets in every room (including 3 loos) accept the kitchen. However it's no great hardship. Takes about 2 minutes.

Powerful. Good at sucking up water spills

Lightweight, powerful and the five wheel sets make it very easy to drag around and stable on any surface. The hose is much longer and more maleable than on earlier models with good reach.

A little fiddly to assemble, but thats all.

Easy to use for shampooing carpets. Did a really good job. Circulated water came out black. Comes with some shampoo in the box. Great hoover too. Loooong cable. Long pipeage. All tools you could need. Takes bags which is tidy, fed up with emptying...

Water tank is quite small so need to refill 4 times for average room.
