The mats stay in place well and the water tank is large enough to clean 2 good size floors. An on and off switch would be useful and staying upright on it's own but I realise the design makes that difficult. Overall pleased with my purchase

Excellent service from Shark online, promptly delivered with no hassle. The mop is much heavier then my old Shark steam mop and the steam doesn't feel as powerful. I was a little disappointed in this product.

Bought this a couple of weeks ago. Having has knee replacement wasn't easto mop floors. This takes all the hard work out of it.

Easy to use. Easy to detach the cloth. Really pleased with the overall cleaning capacity.

Really happy with this steam mop, it is easy to use and dries very quickly it has a long lead which is a bonus. I would highly recommend this.
