neat , compact and light to carry . Performs well in general. The water reservoir last a long time. Good value for money.

The brushes have crushed after only a few uses and will need to be replaced sooner than I would have expected.

Compact, great tool attachments, decent amount of steam produced to keep you going quite a while, easy to store. Excellent value for money.

minor but still an irritation - securing the cloth to the brush! This is my 2nd cleaner in 15 years and they still haven't improved it! I resort to safety pinning it around and this works.

Lots of attachments in storage compartment, portable, good value for money.

It took me a bit of practice to get used to it especially when using the attachments. Although I read that you need to expel excess water before the steam comes out this seems to take ages. You need to have lots of cloths to hand to mop up runs and drips.
