I gave serious thought to buying another steam mop as the one I had was worse than useless, so glad I found this one it's great, lightweight loads of steam and get's the job done in no time. Thanks Hoover !

Very pleased with steam mop, easy to use and cleans the floor effortlessly, cleans in hard to reach corners with the smaller head makes cleaning the floors very quick
