It's so easy to use on the stairs as the pipe reaches to the top without having to carry the vacuum cleaner with you. A lot less noisier than my previous vacuums and lighter too so easier to lift.

The electric cable is shorter than my other vacuum so I have to keep changing the plugs I use.

Picks up really well my carpets are hair free with one push i would usually have to use the tools to pick up hair but this hoover picks them up in one push its great!!

Very loud and could do with a longer cord.

Suction very good,especially with the pipe and tool set.

Foot switch seems hard to engage,you think it will break ,I have tried many angles with my foot but it still makes a loud crack noise when it engages.

Sucks up every trace of hair on very thick carpet, excellent value for money

Quiet. Good suction - MUCH better than another brand which advertises "no bag" but we had loads of issues with it re loss of suction. Easy to change nozzles etc

Initial assembly is a little bit fiddly - eg had to unscrew and take off a part to assemble. Diagram could be better for people who aren't used to putting things together.

The plug-in cord is much shorter than my previous model. Seems to need to build up to top suction speed. Both these things surprise me as I have had this model before!

It works well and does the job

I dont like the release button which makes it go to the angle you need to use it. You have to press very precisely and hard or it makes a loud cracking noise and I think its going to break. So I spend time being precise with it. Otherwise a good little...

Good loking, lovely colour, loght.

The switch to move the cleaner in position, is very stiff and extremely annoying.
