Love it so far. Cleans carpet great. Just has a funny smell when i use it but maybe its cause its new other then that its fine.

this vaccum has such a poor design because it has vents in the front of the vaccum that blows all the dust and pet hair away from the vaccum and in the air - the only thing that works good is when you use it on rugs??? and the pet comb works well.

The 1st day I used the product, it made a stellar difference. I had company over the next day and they ask what did I do to the carpet,it looked almost brand new. I am the owner of both a long hair Siamese/ Himalayan cat mix & a Siberian Husky Dog....
