The Turbo brush is an excellent tool. The cleaner itself gives excellent results, brushing up the carpet pile, so it looks like new. Easy to remove the bag and throw the dust away - unlike bagless where you get dust spillage.

It needs a stronger hose as this one is soft and kinks easily and perhaps an extendable straight /crevice tool for using on the stairs

Lightweight and suction is very good.

Mains lead is too short and should ideally be longer and the entension attachment could ideally be longer as it is too short if you have to reach remopte areas or lean across any furniture.

So far so good, I've only had the product for a weeks but I'm very pleased with it overall. I purchased a hoover hoover last year and I had nothing but problems with it from the start!!
