I can not fault the ease of use of this machine and it's effectiveness. I wish I had discovered steam cleaning years ago. Filling the machine to capacity, most people in an average size home would struggle to run out of steam, it just lasts and lasts....

The only disadvantage I could find to the machine was the fact it doesn't have a cord tidy. All of the tools and attatchments fit so neatly inside the machine, it's such a pity the cable doesn't have any way of being stored.
