Its a really good hoover, it's light and the suction is good.

It no longer comes with an extension part which is needed as using the hoover without it gives you a back ache! I had to ring the hoover help line to acquire an extension part which is not the same colour as the the rest of the pipes on the hoover!

I find this really had to pick up from short pile carpet. The pipe keeps falling out from where it attatched to th the main part of the vacume.
