Unlike so many products this DOES perform as advertised. I was on the point of getting new carpets now I don't need to. The results are amazing.

It's big and heavy, but it needs to be I think to do what it does so well.

I've had a Bissell previously & after trying Rug Doctor & Vax, I was really pleased to be getting another Bissell. They might be a bit more expensive but definately worth the money. Everything comes up clean with minimum effort. 1 dog, 3 kids & cream...

None with the machine, but I wish the cleaning fluid was a bit cheaper!

It is easy to use, efficient, & I am very pleased with it.

Uses fluid quickly if set on dirty, & the professional fluid can only be bought on line.

a little bit heavy for those with bad backs

so easy to use, has amazing cleaning power and gets in to all areas quick to get startes and quick to fill / use / clean
