Excellent Build Quality
The con isn't really a con of the bracket, probably my substandard case, I don't know anything about the issues with the screws that mount the bracket to the case because the tool-less solution my case offers worked great with the bracket.

Nice solid aluminum plate, mounts SSD securely
Just a little wide for the case making it difficult to install if other HD's are installed with screws. Loosen the screws on adjacent HD's and install this unit then tighten the HD's
