1 con for me, I make a 12 oz cup of coffee but it defaults to 8 oz setting when turned on. I shut it off each morning when I'm done and each morning it resets at 8oz. I am already used to setting it each time so not an issue or deal breaker.

Seems to work very well. Lots of options. Bought it for my fiance for the holidays and she really likes it.
