Philips S1100

I bought this as a gift for a friend, and he loves it because it works well.

The shaver is ok but doesn't have an inbuilt clipper for mustache hair etc. I assumed that all shavers had these so I was disappointed but the shaver itself is lightweight and works ok.

My husband has always wet shaved, but recently had a spell in hospital. It was difficult for him to use bathroom. So for the first time used electric razor. Was very pleased with the results.

Compared to my previous basic Philips mains operated shavers, this one is extremely slow and quiet, and shaving takes much longer. The motor speed is too slow.. I also find that because the head is hinged, it much more difficult to clean.

Bought brand new, box was scruffy and seal open. Be aware

Great shaver for the price, easy to use & clean & no need to charge as just plugs in to a shaver adaptor, my Dad who's 86 was very pleased.

This razor does exactly as it says on the tin easy to use good shave and good value :-)
