This is a decent scanner for the price. I've been using one for a couple years now with no real complaints when it comes to regular paper.

When scanning receipts or anything on that thin waxy type of paper the scanner sometimes just crumples them up.

Ordered product, which is supposed to include the ADF. Newegg not only shipped me the scanner only version without the docking station and the ADF, they shipped me a product which had been previously shipped to someone else. It still had the shipping...

Solidly built, produces quality images. provides options on resolution/file size trade-off plus choice of black and white, gray scale and color. Will produce pdf files and has a primative drawing program to edit files.

Document feeder often does not grabe the first sheet. Scanning software often locks up.

Setup was quick and easy. Paper misfeeds are rare. Too bad this item became deactivated a week after I bought it. On the bright side I found a PlusTek machine that works just as well if not better than this one, at a lesser cost.
