Great printer for everyday printing, I don't need the color printing or the wireless option.

Would be the ideal home / small office laser printer if it just worked consistently and didn't require being rebooted nearly every day.

Best office purchase we've made in last 5 years. i run a small dental office and this machine has been put through the ringer with seven office staff printing a ton on this. No problems whatsoever, highly recommend.

We've had this machine about 1 year and in the last couple of months had constant issues with the paper feeder. It is not jammed. The paper just doesn't get fed into the machine, it beeps, and stops. We are in the busiest time of year with income tax...
