I have just purchased my brothers copier. This my second purchase , my first one lasted well over 10 years, and I am thrilled with this purchase. I do not know of another name brand copier that works as well and last as long as the Brothers copier....

The printer worked great until the starter ink cartridges were empty. I double checked we purchased the correct ink cartridges and the printer is no longer printing.
