No ability to use headset on vox mode, i.e., not useful for biking, etc. How is it that a company that has made millions of radios overlooked this? Plug in a pair of headsets into a pair of these radios on vox and they lock into transmit until cycling...

I found that the range from my home was only about 1/2 mile. Plus a GMARS license is required from the FCC to legally use in the US. This costs a bigger price for a 5-yr. period. I am very disappointed in this producet and would actually rate it below...
