It was a very cheap buy,the sound quality was ok & it was easy to use,i liked the fact it had a display with track & artist/album, but...

...it stopped working after a few months ! i guess you get what you pay for!

Easy to read display. Buttons are big enough, so that you don't have to struggle with them. Battery life is excellent. Very easy to download from computer. Very good play quality.

No neck strap given with product, I have to fit my own. If you load up say 2 albums, it plays both number 1's, then number 2's and so on. I quite like the variety, but it might annoy some people.

easy to use, no extra wires, affordable and compact enough to be fun but not so compactits ridiculously fiddly

Doesn't play the tracks in order.(that you did them on the computer)

The player is easy enough to work and downloading songs to it is easy and fast. No need to download any software if using xp which is another bonus.

We purchased 3 of these players in total and 2 were returned faulty. 1 of these was replaced with the same player which is fine so far and the other was swapped for a different model.

software breaks far too easily - of 10 I have bought, 4 have malfunctioned within 1 month & a further 2 within 3 months. Format errors seem common

it broke completely 2 months after i purchased it. its the worst thing iv ever spent any money on.
