This product worked perfectly from the moment I took it out of the package. We preloaded it with songs before giving it to her and she loved it so much. The way that it lights up is super cool and I loved the long lanyard that it came with.

Have trouble downloading music from suggested site,(i am not a music downloading guru!) but once music is on, it's a GREAT product!!!! My daughter LOVES her mix stick!

i got this yesterday it has great sound and change nice so easy add music too it i did not use the sofeware i use windows media player 11 which works great on my vista computer only thing i would recommend is if get this for small child buy earbuds...
