I love it! The onboard speaker is nice, and the mic is phenomenal, in my opinion. Sure, the firmware is a little convoluted, but it makes sense after a while and becomes easy to use. Battery life is great as well, amazing capacity! (see below)

This really does have good sound quality. Quite easy to use once you figure it out. Looks very sharp and gets lots of comments. I also like the voice recorder. It does me the most good in Spanish class.

While the screen is very sharp, the writing on it is very small and is somewhat difficult to read. The software is below average - deleting music is a real chore and on my pc it locks up after ripping 3 or so CDs and the PC must be rebooted to clear it...

The interface for moving songs to the Mozaic has a bit of a learning curve. The link cable was may be 6 inches or so long? I don't know whose idea that was but it makes no sense. I had to replace it with one I can use on my desktop.
