Two units out of the box were defective and support is non-existing. All the bad press on Archos is TRUE. They should not be in business with this kind of support/quality

Excellent device that in my opinion blows away the itouch by a long shot

But the downside is it has no Bluetooth and thats a no no because we live in a world of wireless ; Now they're coming out with a new model this week 9/14/2009 that has all the goodies

You have to pay $20 for the ability to play H.264 files. Internet browser is buggy. device doesn't receive enought power from USB to keep charged while using (I brokedown and bought the ~$50 battery pack (uses dc jack)). Not that easy to find...
