Purchased the phone 12/09/2013, now the screen just goes white periodically and has been a painful phone with its poorly written booklet to understand all of its workings. Could never get a cover for it. Battery does not last long. Never again

either battery life is short.. and i need to pursue replacement. Or, its just a plain dud model. Till now i had thought ALDI had good product selection backed by credible suppliers and support providers.
