Stylish industrial design, outstanding functionality

Display can be hard to read from a distance

Universal plug and play support, wireless and wired networking, and both analogue and digital outputs combine to make the Roku SoundBridge M1000 a top-notch network music player.

Stylish looks. No TV required. Compatible with Apple iTunes and can also play WMA, WAV, AAC, MP3, and Ogg Vorbis files from your PC. Handheld remote. Plays Internet radio (indirectly). Flexible configuration options.

Software download required. Separate software needed for WMA and iTunes support. iTunes support only includes ripped or imported songs, not purchased tracks. No photo or video support. Can't talk directly to network hard disk.

The SoundBridge doesn't offer music storage. Instead, it streams music data over your home network from Macs or PCs running iTunes. Just select the Share My Music option in iTunes' Sharing preference pane
