once i worked out the controls it was easy. people said it was noisy,it is no noisier than any other i have had.yes the handle pulls it when you open it but if you pull it sharply it is fine. mine is on a shelf and it as not fell off yet.

Microwave and convection oven work well, both alone and in combination. Good range of features allowing plenty of flexibility of use. Mostly convenient to use. 'Quick cook' option is very handy. Neat, compact unit, easy to clean.

Grill is pretty ineffective on its own (though does a decent job in combination with microwaving). Not exactly bad points, but slight irritations: to set the power level you repeatedly press the 'power button' and if you accidentally overshoot the...
