I bought the compact size since I am single. I cook all my meat this way now! No matter if it is chicken or a standing rib roast, The meat is juicy, tender and flavorful! Very easy to use and clean! Every one should have one!

just what ron says set it and for get it. it does just what it is supposed to do chicken is moist and tender, jucy ang good.. use it 2 time per week .

Great Product....just use the ties that it ships with and keep legs and wings tied up ....salt ,pepper and tarragon make great chicken.

Use it every single week! Love the way the food turns out. Only thing I can fault is that the coating on the top portion of the drip tray is chipping off in a couple of places. I wash by hand so feel it is a quality issue, not harsh treatment.
