Poor build quality, feels cheap, looks cheap and built in China ... so ought to be cheap!

It's the second one that I have received from Apps Direct and the second that has serious issues; Do they sell 'Seconds or Defective Appliances as new? I will be in touch with tomorrow, not happy!
