GE 36" Over the Range Microwave JVM3670

Had this model for 5 years, and never had a single problem. Cooks very evenly and did a great job on large casseroles. Loved it, easy to clean, lots of features!

The REO house I purchased was stripped of appliance by the previous occupants. I didn't notice until after the purchase, that the builder installed a 36" microwave over a 30" cooktop in the kitchen. My only choice was to buy this or a 30" unit and use...

Purchased this item 5 years ago. Now it fell apart. The vent flap broke off. It is plastic and cannot be repaired I was told.

I am not totally familiar with the oven, because it has so many features, but what I have seen so far is very good. Still learning.

It died 1 week after the 1 year service agreement ended. It is $99.95 to get a GE service guy out plus parts. I suspect that it is the main tube since everything appears to work but no heat.
