food heats slowly and patchy,some parts well cooked and bits still raw my advice would be spend a little more also ridiculously complicated to use sorry not recommended

this is second cookworks microwave i have purchased the last one was excellent very similar to new model very easy to use ,also plate stays in place unlike some i have had,would not hesitate to recommend this model.
