Not easy to remove fingerprints from the stainless steel surround of the microwave - could do with advice on this is case of permanent damage. I used alloy wheel cleaner which worked very well and no damage.

Even though it is 900 w, it take longer to warm food . I am comparing it to my old microwave which was 700w and to my friend's 900 w microwave. I would not recommend this product. I suppose you get what you pay for.

It is large, capacity is fantastic. Heats stuff evenly. It's a microwave at the end of the day, a pretty simple device.

The clock runs too fast, really annoying if you have other devices with clocks in the kitchen. If you don't set the clock, it'll always display 0:00 which is what we opted to do. The base of the oven wasn't level, when installing into the kitchen had...
