I knew nothing about earbuds except the range of prices. After a bit if research I rang my local Richer Sounds and got sound non-patronising advice and decided on the JBL (already have JBL speaker which is fine). Ordered on-line 6pm and collected them...

I procured the head phones a few days ago. They are excellent. The staff were helpful, polite and answered all my questions. I will certainly go back to the shop again when I need anything else.

I got these as a gift for Christmas and they got stolen but I thought they were so good I brought myself another set! Love the sound quality and the case is great they are really comfy to wear and stay put. Great service from richer sounds too.
